Temporary Transportation Change Request By Parent /Guardian

For the safety of our students, all requests for students that do not normally ride a bus, changing the drop off location , or riding a different bus MUST request in writing to our Transportation Department at lease 24 hours in advance.

The parents/ guardians must email the Transportation Department at Kim.Barker@prescottschools.com the information listed below.

  • Student's Name
  • Name of the student they are riding with
  • The date they are requesting for the student to ride
  • Bus #
  • Bus stop location
  • Parents/ guardians' names and contact phone numbers
