For FY25, certified teachers and teachers on assignment will receive a 3% raise to their base pay.  The average base salary of teachers employed in FY24 (prior year) was $59,466.  The average estimated salary of all teachers employed in FY25 (budget year), is $61,250.  For FY24 teacher average salary, the 100th day salaries and FTE were used.  Only teacher compensation and 301 teacher compensation were included in PUSD#1’s average teacher pay.  For FY25 teacher average salary, FY24 end-of-the-year FTE total, FY25 teacher contract base amount, plus estimated FY25 301 teacher compensation were used.  Additional revenue sources for teachers, e.g. clubs, coaching, department chair, extra revenue sources for teachers, etc., are not included in the average salaries. As hiring is not complete for FY25, the average FY25 teacher salary is an estimate.

For FY25, graded classified employees will receive a minimum 3% raise.  Psychologists, OTs, PTs, SLPs, IT, directors, administration, etc. will receive a 3% raise.
