Dear PHS Students and Parents,

We will soon have diplomas ready to distribute to all graduating 2020 Seniors, as well as yearbooks for all students who have ordered one.  Seniors will have the opportunity to pick up their diplomas and yearbooks and pay any fees on Monday, June 15, 2020. Yearbooks for Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen will be available on Tuesday, June 16.

JUNE 15–Yearbooks and Diplomas for SENIORS

The parking lot at Prescott High School is currently under construction, so we will be distributing items at Mile High Middle School located at 300 South Granite Street.  

***No student or parent should exit your vehicle. No congregating in the parking lot, please.***

To spread things out for safety and for a quick delivery, we ask that SENIORS arrive at MILE HIGH MIDDLE SCHOOL in the following time frames on Monday, June 15:

-Students whose last name starts with letters A-H, arrive between 9:00 am – 10:00 am

-Students whose last name starts with letters I-Q, arrive between 10:00 am – 11:00 am

-Students whose last name starts with letters R-Z, arrive between 11:00 am – 12:00 noon

**If you cannot make it during your assigned time on June 15, please contact the PHS office. We will do our best to accommodate unusual circumstances if you contact us directly.

STATION 1 — Distribution of Yearbooks

  1. Enter the Mile High Middle School campus from the north using Carleton Street.

  2. Pull up to the first station located outside the Band room/Hendrix Auditorium.

  3. Give the student’s last name and show school ID or driver’s license. PHS student/staff with masks and gloves will deliver the labeled PHS Yearbook.

  4. All graduating Seniors will proceed to Station 2.

STATION 2 — Diploma Pickup

  1. All graduating Seniors or their parents will proceed to the next station located outside the front doors of the Mile High Administration building where they can pick up a packet that contains the diploma and award certificates.

  2. If fees need to be paid, students and parents can proceed to Station 3 located between the 100 building and Granite Creek.

  3. If a diploma is received, students and parents can exit the campus on Carleton Street.

STATION 3 — Fee Payment (if necessary)

  1. All graduating Seniors who need to pay fees can proceed to the last station located between the 100 building and Granite Creek.

  2. Once the fee is paid, the PHS diploma will be given.

  3. Students and parents can then exit the campus to the south on Aubrey or Granite Streets.

JUNE 16–Yearbooks for FRESHMEN, SOPHOMORES, and JUNIORS

-Students whose last name starts with letters A-L, arrive between 9:00 am – 10:00 am

-Students whose last name starts with letters M-Z, arrive between 10:00 am – 11:00 am

**If you cannot make it during your assigned time on June 16, the items will be available for pick up at PHS on our class schedule pick up days currently scheduled to take place July 27-31.  Although it will be difficult for PHS staff to make other arrangements outside the June 16 times above, we will do our best to accommodate unusual circumstances if you contact the PHS office directly.
