How to Reserve a Facility:

Prescott Unified School District uses SportsKey, an all-in-one software platform for managing and booking our facilities. This platform helps PUSD streamline online bookings, scheduling, and payments. To begin the process of becoming an approved renter, please click on the SportsKey links above.

For questions about specific facilities or to inquire about bookings, please contact the Facilities Coordinator at the site you wish to rent.

Any group, organization, or individual ("Renter") must complete a Contract for Rental of School Property ("Contract"), provide a Certificate of Insurance, and pay all applicable usage fees according to their classification. 

Insurance Requirements
The Certificate of Insurance must include:

• The name of the Renter's insurance company and policy number
• Valid effective dates of coverage
• Liability coverage of no less than $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage
• No less than $100,000 in coverage for Damage to Rented Premises
• Prescott Unified School District is listed as "Additional Insured"

Fees and Payments
For all contracts, payments are made through SportsKey.
