Principal's Welcome

Dear Parents / Guardians:

It is with great pleasure that I begin my third year as principal at Taylor Hicks Elementary School. Our excellent faculty is dedicated to providing a meaningful educational experience to our students and their families. Taylor Hicks does this by providing a secure, nurturing and caring environment to enable students to develop the desire and passion for learning, both now and in the future.

Since we recognize that parents are their children’s first and most important teachers, we need your involvement and cooperation to provide them with the best education possible. Please take the time to talk with your children on a daily basis regarding their school experiences. Wonderful things happen here at Taylor Hicks, and children are always willing to share.

Please feel free to come down and visit our wonderful school. The only time you need an appointment is when you wish to confer with your child’s teacher. My door is always open, so stop by the office during the school year and we can get to know each other better.
