Middle School Enrollment Information
The 2010-2011 school year begins August 9, 2010.
To enroll your child in a PUSD middle school, please go to your neighborhood school or school of choice. Please bring your child's birth certificate and immunization records. Arizona law requires that parents provide verification that immunizations have been completed prior to starting school.
