Prescott High School Credit Assistance offers multiple programs throughout the school year, available to all PHS students. PHS Credit Assistance utilizes the A+ Anywhere Learning System for content delivery, which can be accessed from the internet 24 hours a day. Some programs may also use supplementary material in addition to A+ LS.
PHS Credit Assistance offers the following programs:
- PHS Credit Assistance Genesis
The Genesis Prep Hybrid Online program is for students who are age 16 and older. All students interested in Genesis Prep must meet with the Genesis academic advisor before being accepted to the program.

- PHS Credit Assistance
The Credit Assistance Program is for students who need to make up a high school credit or for other classes approved by the student’s high school academic advisor. These classes are offered during the regular school year. The application process for these courses begins with the student’s academic advisor.
- PHS Credit Assistance Open Lab
The Open Lab is offered each school day for six periods. The Open Lab is designed for students to complete one half-credit of coursework per quarter or two half-credit courses per semester. Students are allowed to take a variety of courses. All courses must be approved by the student’s academic advisor.
- PHS Credit Assistance Summer School
The Summer School program begins the Tuesday after Memorial Day and ends on or around July 3rd. The main summer school program is identical to the credit assistance program. There may also be other programs offered during the summer school session. All courses taken during summer school must be approved by the student’s academic advisor.
