PEAK Online is a credit assistance program that provides opportunities for students to achieve their academic goals, and receive a Prescott High School diploma. Each PEAK student is provided with assistance to choose the appropriate course work that will allow him or her to achieve. Success at PEAK requires a commitment to learning and achieving academic success through instructor supported, technology based, self-paced study.

What is PEAK?
PEAK is a credit assistance program that offers courses online to help students achieve academic excellence. PEAK courses are provided through the A+ Anywhere Learning System, that are aligned to the state standards. Students can choose to take a course every six weeks to achieve their academic goals. Students need to pick up an application through the Prescott High School Counseling Office, and have the application approved by their counselor. Students will be contacted by the PEAK staff to sign up for an orientation time in the lab to get started on their course.

What makes PEAK successful?
Students that take courses through PEAK online can work at their own pace, and access their coursework through the Internet on their own time. The staff is committed to work with each student to make sure they are making adequate progress, and completing their course through competency. Students can complete up to as many courses as possible depending on commitment and achievement viewed by the PEAK staff.

Is PEAK right for you?
PEAK is a great way to make up credits, and excel through credits. You can take courses thought the Internet or come into the lab for help when needed. If you are a committed and willing student, PEAK is a great way to help you achieve your academic goals.
