PUBLIC NOTICE

PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board may be attending the District Office Staff Holiday Party on Tuesday, December 20, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at the District Office Board Room and Conference Room A, located at 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.  This event is celebratory in nature and no Governing Board business will be discussed or voted upon.

No voting will occur at this event.
