Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the
Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that a
quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board may
be attending the 2006 Annual Conference sponsored by the Arizona School
Board Association on Wednesday through Friday, December 13-15, 2006, at
the Pointe South Mountain Resort, 7777 South Pointe Parkway, Phoenix,
Arizona.
No voting will occur at this event.
