Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board may be attending the 2005 Annual Conference sponsored by the Arizona School Board Association on Wednesday through Friday, December 14-16, 2005, at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass, 5594 West Wild Horse Pass Blvd., Phoenix, Arizona.

 No voting will occur at this event.
