Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No.1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No.1 Governing Board may be in attendance at an All Staff Breakfast and Convocation on Friday, August 4, 2006, from 7:30-10:30 a.m. in the PHS Cafeteria and Ruth Street Theater located at Prescott High School, 1050 North Ruth Street, Prescott, Arizona. This event is for discussion purposes only.

No voting will occur at these events.
