PUBLIC NOTICE

PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No.1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No.1 Governing Board may be in attendance at an All Staff Convocation on Friday, April 22, 2005, from 7:45 – 9:15 a.m. at the Ruth Street Theater located at Prescott High School, 1050 North Ruth Street, Prescott, Arizona.  This event is for discussion purposes only.

            No voting will occur at these events.
