PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

          Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No.1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No.1 Governing Board may be in attendance at the district Growth Committee meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 8, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon in the District – Conference Room A, located at 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona. Board members attendance at this event is for discussion and informational purposes only.

No voting by the Governing Board members will occur at this meeting.
