PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board may be attending the 2005 Legislature Conference sponsored by the Arizona School Boards Association on Wednesday through Thursday, February 9-10, 2005, at the Phoenix Wyndham Hotel, 100 North First Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

 No voting will occur at this event.
