OF INTEREST-BASED NEGOTIATIONS MEETING

PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board may be attending the Interest Based Negotiations as part of the Meet and Confer process on Monday, January 10, 2005, from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. at the District Office Board Room and Conference Room A, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.  This event is for discussion purposes only.  No Board voting will occur at this event.

The agenda will be as follows:

1.         Welcome

2.         Collection and Discussion of IBN Topics to Present to the Board for Approval

3.         Next Meeting:  Wednesday, January 12, 2005

            3:40 – 5:00 p.m.

4.         Adjournment
