OF INTEREST-BASED NEGOTIATIONS MEETING

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board may be attending the Interest Based Negotiations as part of the Meet and Confer process on Thursday, December 8, 2005, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the District Office, Conference Room A, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.  This event is for discussion purposes only.  No Board voting will occur at this event.

The agenda will be as follows:

1.         Welcome and Check-In (Optional)

2.         Introduction of Members

3.         Discussion of Compilation of Topics to Present to the Governing Board

4.         Next Meetings:
