OF INTEREST-BASED NEGOTIATIONS MEETING

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that a quorum of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board may be attending the Interest Based Negotiations as part of the Meet and Confer process on Wednesday, January 18, 2006, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. at the District Office, Conference Room A/Board Room, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.  This event is for discussion purposes only.  No Board voting will occur at this event.

The agenda will be as follows:
