Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of
the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that
the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting
in Executive Session at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2006. The meeting
will take place at the District Office Board Room, 146 South Granite
Street, Prescott, Arizona.
The Prescott
Unified School District Governing Board may vote to go into Executive
Session according to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (5) for the purpose of
discussion regarding employee salary matters (Interest Based Negotiations)
and (A) (7) discussion regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or
lease of real property .
