NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting in Executive Session at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2005.   The meeting will take place in the Board Room located at the District Office, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.

The Prescott Unified School District Governing Board may vote to go into Executive Session according to A.R.S. 15-843.A for the purpose of holding a formal student expulsion hearing.

The agenda will be as follows:

Item No. 2                   Opening Ceremony

Item No. 3                   Open Session

                                    A.         Consider moving into Executive Session

according to A.R. S. 15-843.A, which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of:

1.         Holding a formal student expulsion hearing.

Item No. 4                   Reconvene to Open Session

Item No. 5                   Adjournment
