Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting in Executive Session at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 5, 2007. The meeting will take place at the District Office Board Room and Conference Room A, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.

          The Prescott Unified School District Governing Board may vote to go into Executive Session according to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (5) for the purpose of discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations with employee organizations regarding the salaries, salary schedules or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits of employees of the public body with regard to the Classified Salary Schedule and the Speech/Language Pathology Salary Schedule.

A. Consider moving into Executive Session according to A.R.S. §38-431.03 (A) (5), which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of:
