Pursuant to
A.R.S. §38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott
Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott
Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting in Executive
Session at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2006. The meeting will take
place in the Board Room located at the District Office, 146 South Granite
Street, Prescott, Arizona.
The Prescott
Unified School District Governing Board may vote to go into Executive
Session according to A.R.S. 15-843 A.

A. Consider moving into Executive Session according to A.R.S. 15-843 A,
which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of:
1. Determining whether to hold expulsion hearings, whether the hearings
will be heard before the Governing Board or before a hearing officer, and
to designate a hearing officer if one will be used.
2. The Governing Board may also seek legal advice from its attorney
regarding these disciplinary matters pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03 A 3.
