Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting in Executive Session at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2007. The meeting will take place at the District Office Board Room, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.

          The Prescott Unified School District Governing Board may vote to go into Executive Session according to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (7) for the purpose of discussion or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property regarding the proposed baseball stadium at Prescott Mile High Middle School.

A. Consider moving into Executive Session according to A.R.S. §38-431.03 (A) (7), which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of:

1. Discussion or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property regarding the proposed baseball stadium at Prescott Mile High Middle School.
