NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting in Executive Session at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2005.   The meeting will take place at the Dexter Family Resource Center in the Resource Room located at 551 First Street, Prescott, Arizona.

The Prescott Unified School District Governing Board may vote to go into Executive Session according to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (1) for the purpose of discussing an employee matter.

The agenda will be as follows:

pursuant  to A.R.S. §38-431.03 (A) (1), which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of:

1.         Discussion or consideration of employment, assignment, demotion, discipline, resignation or dismissal (adoption of statement of charges) of certificated employee Tamara Robinson.
