Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of
the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that
the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting
in Executive Session at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2006. The
meeting will take place at the District Office Board Room, 146 South
Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.
The Prescott
Unified School District Governing Board may vote to go into Executive
Session according to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (3) for the purpose of
discussion regarding legal advice from their attorney
concerning the Arizona State Liquor Board’s granting of a
liquor license for the Liquor Barn and the possible appeal of that
decision.
