SPECIAL MEETING

EMPLOYEE
BENEFIT TRUST BOARD
Pursuant to A.R.S.
§38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified
School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified
School District No. 1 Employee Benefit Trust Board will be meeting in
Executive Session sometime after the regular meeting convenes at 3:30 p.m.
on Thursday, November 10, 2005. The meeting will take place in the
Governing Board Room or Conference Room A, located at 146 South Granite
Street, Prescott, Arizona.
The Prescott Unified
School District Employee Benefit Trust Board may vote to go into Executive
Session according to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (1) for the purpose of
discussing an employee matter regarding an appeal. No voting will take
place during the executive session.
