            Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District Employee Benefit Trust Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, July 14, 2005, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the Hassayampa Country Club, 2060 Golf Club Lane, Prescott, Arizona.
