NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE

EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST BOARD

            Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District Employee Benefit Trust Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, April 7, 2005, beginning at 3:30 p.m. at the District Office Board Room, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.
