NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE

PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST BOARD

            Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District Employee Benefit Trust Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, January 13, 2005, beginning at 3:30 p.m. at the District Office Board Room, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

                    2.         Approve Minutes from Previous Meeting

                    3.         Financial Report

                    4.         Fee Increase for Zobel and Hall

                    5.         Changes in Plan Document

                    6.         Preliminary Projections for Next Year

                    8.         Set Next Meeting Date and Adjournment
