NOTICE OF CHANGE IN MEETING

PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will NOT be holding their Voting Session on Tuesday, April 11, 2006.

Instead, they WILL be holding their Voting Session on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at the District Office in the Board Room, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.

          Voting Session:   Tuesday, April 18, 2006 – 5:30 p.m.

                                      District Office – Board Room

Copies of the agendas for these meetings will be available at the Prescott Unified School District offices, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona, at least twenty-fours (24) hours in advance of the meetings.
