NOTICE OF CHANGE IN MEETING

PRESCOTT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1

GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will NOT be holding their Voting Session on Tuesday, February 8, 2005, as previously scheduled.

Instead, they WILL be holding their Voting Session on Tuesday, February 15, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Dexter Family Resource Center in the Resource Room located at 551 First Street, Prescott, Arizona.

          Voting Session:    Tuesday, February 15, 2005 – 5:30 p.m.

Copies of the agenda for this meeting will be available at the Prescott Unified School District offices, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona, at least twenty-fours (24) hours in advance of the meetings.
