Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board has changed the meeting date for the December 13, 2005, Voting Session to Monday, December 12, 2005, at 5:30 p.m.

A copy of the agenda for this meeting will be available at the Prescott Unified School District offices, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona, at least twenty-fours (24) hours in advance of the meeting.
