GOVERNING BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will NOT be holding their Study Session on Tuesday, February 7, 2006.

Instead, they WILL be holding their Study Session on Thursday, February 9, 2006, at the District Office in the Board Room, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.

          Study Session:    Thursday, February 9, 2006 – 5:30 p.m.

                                      District Office – Board Room

          Voting Session:    Tuesday, February 14, 2006 – 5:30 p.m.

                                      District Office – Board Room

                                      (as regularly scheduled)

Copies of the agendas for these meetings will be available at the Prescott Unified School District offices, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona, at least twenty-fours (24) hours in advance of the meetings.
