Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting at 5:15 p.m. instead of 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2007.

          Copies of the agendas for these meetings will be available at the Prescott Unified School District offices, 146 South Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona, at least twenty-fours (24) hours in advance of the meetings.
