between Prescott Unified School District and Bill and Shary Feldmeier for
a potential lease agreement for property located at 937 Ruth Street.

The Governing Board had
suggested during the Study Session held on November 1, 2005, that the
district seek the use of a third party negotiator.
It was also suggested that
the cost not exceed $2,500.
