Authorizing the Deputy County Attorney to file a request for a
rehearing with the Arizona State Liquor Board with respect to the granting
of a liquor license for the new location of the Liquor Barn.

Attorney has made the district aware that the Governing Board would have
to authorize this action and also of the impending deadline for filing
such a request for a rehearing.
