Relevant Information: In accordance with Board Policy BGF, the Board must temporarily suspend Board Policy BEHD, which defines a limited call to the public in order to conduct an open call to the public.  If suspension of Board Policy BEHD is approved, the Board must then define the parameters of the open call to the public. It is assumed that the parameters include a three-minute time limit unless specified otherwise by Board action.
