Pursuant to A.R.S.
§38-431.03, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Unified
School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott Unified
School District No. 1 Governing Board will be meeting in a Special Study
and Voting Session at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2005. The meeting
will be convened in the Board Room at the District Office, 146 South
Granite Street, Prescott, Arizona.
