1.  Consider the approval of an Interscholastic Swim Team for Prescott High School within the 4A Conference with competition to begin in the fall of 2001 – Mr. Tim Carter.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #233, Item No. 1.)

 

2.  Consider approving revisions to the Sexuality Education Curriculum – Mrs. Marylin Bunger and Mrs. Mary Anne Kapp.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #233, Item No. 2.)          

 

3.  The approval of the expansion of the collaborative partnership between Prescott Unified School District No.1 and the Prescott Police Department D.A.R.E. Program in the Substance Abuse/ Violence Prevention 8th grade curriculum – Mrs. Marylin Bunger and Mrs. Mary Anne Kapp.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #233, Item No. 3.)

 

4.  Consider approving delegate and alternate delegate to the Arizona School Board Association Membership meeting on December 14, 2000 – Dr. Roger Short.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #233, Item No. 4.)

 

5.  Consider approving the “Sealed Request for Proposal #070100B” for miscellaneous school and office supplies and equipment from a local vendor – Mr. Arn Lavington (Please refer to Board Briefing #233, Item No. 5.)         

 

6.  Consider approving the “Sealed Request for Proposal #070100A” for computer parts and accessories from a local vendor – Mr. Arn Lavington.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #233, Item No. 6.)

 

7.  Consider approving a lease agreement for second floor office space at the District Office property, 146 South Granite Street – Dr. Roger Short.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #233, Item No. 7.)         

 

ALL THOSE ITEMS LISTED BELOW MAY BE ENACTED BY ONE MOTION AND APPROVED AS CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS WITH OR WITHOUT DISCUSSION.  HOWEVER, ANY ITEM MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA AND CONSIDERED SEPARATELY IF A GOVERNING BOARD MEMBER SO REQUESTS.
