3.  Consider the approval of the continuation of an Intergovernmental Agency Agreement between Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and Yavapai County Juvenile Court for fiscal year 2001-2002 for the Safe Schools Program – Ms. Renee Raskin.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #244, Item No. 3.)

 

4.  Consider the approval of emergency procurement for ADA ramps and sidewalks for Abia Judd Elementary School, Granite Mountain Middle School and Prescott High School – Mr. Arn Lavington.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #244, Item No. 4.)

6.  Consider the proposal by Diamond K Productions for lease/use of Prescott Mile High Middle School facilities for 4th of July event – Mr. Kevin J. Kapp.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #244, Item No. 6.

 

7.  Consider the Board individually conducting the first reading of the Policy Services Advisory, Volume 13, Number 5, for August 2001, regarding Policy Advisories No. 181-193 and Volume 13, Number 6, for September, 2001, regarding Policy Advisory No. 194, as presented in the Board Briefing, with a second reading and request for adoption at the October 9, 2001, Board Meeting – Mr. Kevin J. Kapp.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #244, Item No. 7.)

 

Action Item: 8.          Consider the approval of the resignation and release of Mrs. Csilla Tasi, Math Teacher, Prescott High School, from her 2001-2002 teaching contract with Prescott Unified School District No. 1, upon finding a suitable replacement – Dr. Chris Reynolds.  (Please refer to Board Briefing #244, Item No. 8.
