NOTICE
OF SPECIAL SESSION
PRESCOTT
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1
GOVERNING
BOARD
Pursuant
to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott
Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Prescott
Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will hold a special meeting
on Tuesday, May 8, 2001,
beginning at 4:30 p.m. The
meeting will be held in the District Office Boardroom, 146 South Granite
Street, Prescott, Arizona.
As
indicated in the agenda, the Prescott Unified School District Governing
Board may vote to go into Executive Session, according to A.R.S.
38-431.03, Subsection A, Paragraph 1 and 5, for the purpose of conducting
Meet and Confer discussions, the superintendent’s annual evaluation and
salary discussion with the new superintendent. The executive session, if called for, will not be open to the
public.
