GOVERNING

Pursuant
to A.R.S. 15-843, Paragraph A, notice is hereby given to the members of
the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that
the Prescott Unified School District No. 1 Governing Board will hold a
Special Meeting and Executive Session on Monday, May 7, 2001, beginning at
11:00 a.m. in the District Office Board Room, 146 South Granite Street,
Prescott, Arizona.
