School Insurance
Granite Mountain Middle School does not provide medical insurance coverage for school accidents; however, you can purchase your own school insurance. The cost of this insurance varies from school year to school year, and according to the type of coverage for which you opt. Applications are available through the Administration Office and should be returned to the school nurse for processing.
All students wishing to participate in athletics MUST CARRY SOME KIND OF HEALTH INSURANCE; either your own family’s or school insurance. Proof of such insurance will be required before being given clearance for athletic participation.
