Fire Drills

It is most important that fire drills are conducted regularly and in an orderly fashion. In the event of a fire drill OR a fire, follow the instructions of your teacher and obey these simple rules:

- No talking
- No running
- Keep calm and listen to instructions
- Follow maps posted in each room

Remember, it is your silent and orderly departure that will ensure your safety in the event of an emergency.

Emergency Alarms and Fire Control Devices/False Reporting
A student shall not activate or use any fire alarm or emergency control device unless the student reasonably believes that an emergency exists, justifying use of the device. A false report is a very serious problem (A.R.S. 13-2907).
