Prescott Public Library Summer Reading Program 2017: Build a Better World!

Finding fun activities for the family all summer long can be a challenge, but the library offers something for everyone. Weekly entertainers, craft and activity sessions, and of course reading! Kids – keep track of your reading minutes and help us build a Lego community. Adults – keep track of your reading minutes (reading aloud to your child counts, too!) and you’re eligible for weekly drawings for two $75 VISA gift cards! It’s all free, thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Prescott Public Library. Registration now! For more information, visit www.prescottlibrary.info.

Arizona Reads Now, an early literacy initiative, is proud to honor PUSD students who are participating in the Prescott Public Library summer reading program. One student at each grade level (PreK-4) from each PUSD school (Discovery Gardens, Abia Judd, Lincoln, and Taylor Hicks) will win a Lego kit (grades PreK-2) or a Target gift card (grades 3-4). This prize will be presented to the students who achieved the highest number of reading minutes on their  “Build a Better World” recording sheet. The prizes will be awarded to students at the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year.
