Beginning late in the day on July 13, schedules can be viewed in the PowerSchool portal. Please continue to check your schedule up until the first day of school as they may change while academic advisors are balancing class sizes. If you do not have your log-in information, please send an email to sheri.landino@prescottschools.com, asking for your username and password. Please make sure you give her the student’s first and last name. You may access PowerSchool via the following link: https://ps.prescottschools.com/public/home.html.

If you are a new student to PHS who has not put in requests for classes, academic advisors will return July 18. Appointments will be scheduled through our administrative assistant, Peggy Claridge, at 445-2322, beginning July 14.

If you are a returning student and need to speak with your academic advisor, you have three options:

  1. Email your request directly to your advisor.
  2. Call 445-2322 on July 14 and schedule an appointment.
  3. We will have one advisor available for drop-in appointments from 8:30am – 1:00pm on July 19, 20, and 21.

If you completed a summer school course, this is not yet reflected on your schedule. Advisors will receive that information when they return July 18. Schedules will be modified as quickly as possible. We strongly encourage students to make necessary changes to their schedules as quickly as possible. All schedule changes and fees must be completed by August 15, or you are in danger of losing credit for your course.

Student fees can be paid in person at the bookstore or on-line. We will notify you as soon as our on-line service is available. Students do not pick up books during the summer; books will be handed out by the teachers during the first days of school.

Don’t forget about BADGER DAY, on August 1, for all incoming freshmen and students new to Prescott High School. Please open the link for more details. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and students new to PHS to become familiar with your teachers and the campus. Parents, please plan on spending the morning with your child.
